1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Contact and project forms: your name, email address, phone number, the type of product you want to build and the message you send us.
- Discovery call bookings: the details you enter when you book a call through Calendly.
- Email and phone contact: the content of messages and calls you send to us.
- Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser information and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console via Google Site Kit.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including our website host, Web3Forms (form delivery to our inbox), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (Analytics, Search Console, Maps and Fonts) and Trustindex (display of our Google reviews). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Project and invoicing records are kept as long as Dutch law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics tool.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@extreemtek.nl to use these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies needed for the site to work and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Security
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect personal data, and we limit access to people who need it to do their work.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
