What IoT services does ExtreemTek offer?
ExtreemTek develops IoT firmware and embedded software, smart devices and the secure ecosystem around them. We take connected products from sensors and hardware architecture to firmware, wireless connectivity, companion apps and the cloud platform.
How does ExtreemTek take a connected device from idea to production?
We follow four stages. Discovery and hardware architecture produce the architecture and bill of materials (BOM). Firmware prototyping and EVT deliver a functional hardware MVP. Stress hardening and DVT cover EMC and battery testing. Mass production and PVT handle flashing and fleet deployment.
What do EVT, DVT and PVT mean in hardware development?
EVT (Engineering Validation Test) checks that a working prototype meets its functional requirements. DVT (Design Validation Test) proves the final design is reliable and ready for certification. PVT (Production Validation Test) confirms that the factory process produces consistent units at scale.
What connected products has ExtreemTek built?
Our flagship connected device project is the RyseUp connected wellness ecosystem for an EU client. It covers three hardware tiers with encrypted BLE connectivity, iOS and Android apps, desktop apps, cloud services and an online store.

ExtreemTek is based on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands, one of Europe’s leading hubs for hardware and technology companies. We work with clients in the Netherlands and abroad.
